Engineered Products Company (EPCO), a supplier of specialty lighting and wiring consumable products for electrical contractors, today announced that the company has introduced a new LED Luminaire for indoor spaces that require a compact yet powerful lighting solution. The new Small Space LED Luminaire with Motion Sensor quickly and easily transforms dimly lit confined spaces into bright, well-lit locations with sustainable, energy efficient lighting.
The Small Space LED Luminaire with Motion Sensor provides unparalleled performance, improved efficacy, more usable lumens per watt and is a reliable and sustainable LED lighting solution for small areas. Designed for ceiling and/or wall mount applications, the luminaire comes with three settings:
- Wall switch operation. The luminaire operates as a “switched” luminaire controlled by a standard wall switch.
- Occupancy mode. A “green” LED indicates the motion sensing LED is operating in the automatic mode to detect the presence of motion up to 20-feet away. The luminaire will continue to operate until no motion is detected for an additional three minutes.
- Off. The luminaire functions with a standard on/off switch that energizes the luminaire.
Perfect for new or retrofit applications, the Small Space LED Luminaire is cost effective, eliminates batteries and saves money. It comes with a 13-Watt LED Luminaire and snap-on frosted acrylic diffuser.
“The beauty of the small space LED luminaire is that it allows contractors to offer a practical and simple solution for tricky, small space lighting issues,” said EPCO President Jim Anderson. “The luminaires can be effortlessly installed and the cost savings alone are reason to celebrate.”
