Manufacturing Statement

Based on the specifications you have provided, Engineered Products Company will manufacture the Custom Fixture Whips according to one of the following standards:

  • Fixture Whip(s) will be manufactured as a UL Listed Wire Assembly and will comply with the 2020 National Electrical Code (NEC) Articles 350.20, 350.22 and 350.60.
  • Fixture Whip(s) will be manufactured as a UL Recognized Wiring Harness, built to your specifications using UL Listed and/or recognized components.

PRODUCT WARRANTY: Engineered Products Company warrants that the Custom Fixture Whips will be furnished free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year.

Engineered Products Company’s sole obligation for any breach of warranty under the terms herein shall be, at our option, to repair or provide replacement for the Product to which such warranty is breached, or to return all payments made with respect to such Product. Any Custom Fixture Whip deemed to be defective must be specified by the Purchaser in a written notice to Engineered Products Company’s Warranty Department within one (1) year after receipt of such goods. Under no circumstances will Engineered Products Company be liable for loss of profits or incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind beyond the replacement cost of the defective Custom Fixture Whip.

Engineered Products Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from strikes, floods, fire, an act of God, or governmental action.
